AITSL digital products use a number of analytics tools to help measure the performance of our digital content and products.

The purpose of using these tools is to measure the performance of our digital assets so that we can continually improve them. The metrics that you measure depend on the goals for your content or product. Each product or piece of digital content should have a clearly defined goal or set of goals.

These often include, but are not limited to:

  • user satisfaction
  • digital take-up
  • completion rate
  • cost per transaction
  • error rates
  • time to completion
  • content metrics (readability, length)
